As there were few and established financial institutions by that time, getting a loan to the tune of millions of dollars was very hard. The financial help was done by the government partnering with a couple of other banks. Soon, a number of cotton and sisal spinning plants were set up across the East coast belt. These provided the raw materials needed for production of more garments.
Most of the training facilities were also constructed within the factory premises. Others were put up around the spinning mills. These facilities could enroll the company workers and take them through a number of sessions . The training sessions were aimed at equipping the workers with all the required skills and information. Most of the work here was being handled by the plant and factory technicians.
Over the years, the growth has been slow. However, for the last ten years the growth has been rapid. This has been driven by the growth in the brand. The quality of garments produced is very high. The demand for these garments has been increasing making the brand grow in leaps and bounds.
